At Twickenham on 28 April 2012 the Army beat the Navy 48 - 9 to retain the Babcock Trophy and be crowned 2012 Inter Service Champions in front of a record crowd of 65,000.

The Navy scored first with a penalty followed by an Army penalty. In the next fifteen minutes the Navy held back the Army and missed a couple of penalties before the Army surged forward with a try and the momentum of the game shifted decisively in the Army’s favour. For full story click here
